DESCRIPTION
Cherry Tomato obtained from selected high quality tomatoes.
INGREDIENTS
Cherry Tomatoes, tomato juice, salt.
Acidity corrector: according to the good industrial techniques.
Citric acid: the necessary amount required.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
The cherry tomatoes are conferred and accepted by the internal quality control service after having been washed in running water and selected to be burnt. Then, there comes the canning process with the addition of tomato juice. The tins are closed through the introduction of covers, pasteurization, cooling and drying of the tins.
SHELFLIFE
The canned product is kept and stored in safe covered warehouses maintaining its organoleptic properties and physical - chemical characteristics for at least 36 months.
